The evolution of our projects always begins with a thorough programming meeting to learn our client's needs & hopes before pencil touches paper. We place a premium on hand drawing early on, then translate concepts into digital form as we prepare design presentations, culminating in a series of drawings that will allow the client's builder to price the design. When price & design are in alignment, we move on to producing a thorough set of working drawings for permitting and construction, then stay involved throughout the build process to provide the builder with necessary details & templates, review shop drawings, and perform in-person site visits.

We are always pleased to collaborate with contractors, interior designers, landscape architects, or any other consultants the client wishes to involve. Rarely will we claim to have the one & only correct answer, and understand that the best result often comes from considering several points of view.
